Recruitment of Senior Resident(s) for ESIC Medical College & Hospital.
Bihta, Patna- 801103.
A. General Information:
1.Interested Candidate(s) should report for Document Verification from 09:00 AM onwards in College Council Room, ESICMedical College & Hospital, Bihta, Patna- S01103. The Interview will start from 10:00 A.M.onwards.
2. Application Form is attached in this advertisement (below). Candidates should preferably arrive with filled up form and required self attested documents.
3.Selection to the post(s) is purely contractual, and it is terminable from either side with one month prior notice. Selection to these posts does not confer the right of confirmation or continuation.
4. In case of non-availability of suitable category candidates, the seat(s) may be filled up for less
than 45 (Forty Five) days by any candidate(s) belonging to other category.
5. Reservation will be regulated as per guidelines issued from Govt. of India on time to time bring.
6.Post(s) are not carried forward I considered as backlog vacancy in case of unfilled EWS category seats. Thus, UR category candidate may apply against EWSvacancy.
7. Seat( s) may increase or decrease at the time of Interview.
S.Candidates with incomplete I in-adequate document(s) may not be interviewed. In case the Interview Committee decides to allow such candidate(s) for Interview on the ground that Candidate(s) must submit his/ her document(s) within stipulated time frame, the results of these candidates will remain with-held till production of required document(s).
9.All Candidates must have up-dated Medical Registration certificate (NMCI State Medical Council) with all post MBBS Qualification(s). In case, candidate(s) do not have up-dated registration from Medical Council, they have to show "Applied for document(s)" to concerned authority at the time of Interview. In case, these two clauses are not fulfilled, the candidate either may not be interviewed or their results will remain with-held in case the expert committee allows them to appear at the interview.
10. No private practice is allowed in any capacity after joining as Senior Resident at ESIC Medical
College, Bihta, Patna- S01103.
11.The list of document(s) required is mentioned below. (at SI. No. F with heading: Required Documents) No candidate(s) will be allowed for interview without verification of original documents.
B. Age Limit:
* The upper age limit is relaxable by 05 (Five) Years for SCI ST and 03 Years for OBC
candidates.
*Candidates seeking reservation benefits under SCIST IOBC/EWS category Certificates in the prescribed format of Govt. of India in support of their claim.
* The OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Certificate should be issued and not prior to 01 (One) Year from the date of interview. It has to be as per the format applicable for job in Govt. of India and to be issued by an Officer not below the rank of Sub-Divisional Officer (~ ~ or Equivalent Authority of the concerned State for Central Govt. job.

(i) Admit Card/ Certificate of Class 10 exit examination for Date of Birth. (ii) All Marks Sheets of MBBS.
(iii)Attempt Certificate of MBBSphase wise exit examination. (iv) Degree Certificate of MBBS.
(v) Marks Sheets ofMD/MS/Gther, ifany.
(vi) Attempt Certificate of MD/MS/DNB exit Examination. (vii) GBC/EBC/ SCI ST/ EWS Certificate, when applicable. (viii) State/ NMCMedical Registration Certificate (updated)
(ix) Four Pieces of recent Passport Size Photograph of Candidate. (x) Aadhaar Card.
(xi) Proof of Publications, if any.
(xii) Relieving Certificate from previous Employer, when applicable. (xiii) Experience Certificate, when applicable.
Required Document(s)/ Certificate mentioned at Sl. No. (i) to (viii) shall be verified with
Original Document(s)/ Certificate before Interview.
G. Selection Procedure
(i) Selection will be made on the basis of performance of candidate in interview before the Selection
Board.
(ii) Result will be communicated through e-mail and will be displayed on website.
(iii) Selected candidates will have to join immediately after receipt of offer of appointment.
H. Important Note:
(i)Mere submission of application does not confer any right to candidate to be eligible for Interview unless they report on the scheduled date and time with required documents as mentioned in this advertisement.
(ii)Application should be submitted for each post separately and in the prescribed format only. The application submitted in any other format or incomplete application will be summarily rejected.
(iii) The Candidate(s) may ascertain their eligibility and should report for interview on the scheduled date and time for Interview.
(iv) No TA/ DAwill be paid to candidate(s) for appearing at the Walk-in-Interview.
(v) Authority of ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Bihta, Patna- 801103 reserves the right to cancel the Recruitment Process at any stage at its discretion and such decision will be binding on all concerned.
(vi) Wrong declarations/submission of false information or any other action contrary to law shall lead to cancellation of the candidature at any stage.
(vii) Opportunity of interview given to candidates will be on provisional basis subject to detailed scrutiny of eligibility criteria.
